I run Botany Knowledge all the time when I play survivor. My normal loadout is Sprint Burst, Self Care, We're Gonna Live Forever, and then either Botany Knowledge, Iron Will, or Urban Evasion. Usually running Botany Knowledge with a medkit. Botany Knowledge is great in that it makes Self Care better, makes medkits better, and works nearly as well as We'll Make It without the whole needing to dehook someone.

Never, because the game is extremely successful despite the awful balance, technical issues and toxic community. Couple that with the devs' laziness and obvious lack of passion for the game and they have no reason to improve anything.
