Make a new profile for them, complete with stats, skills, and NP(s). Just skill and NP names are fine, but you may add descriptions with as much or little detail as you feel like. If you want to you may also include a background description that explains the character concept.
When you're done, post the result here and let user tell you why your idea is shit and that you wasted your time working on it.
This gives me hope we'll have a REAL FGO anime series. No way Suzuken would agree to be on a FGO stream to shill a character he barely recorded lines for when he has fucking Legend of Galactic Heroes and his other works in his agenda.

If I remember this, his lines in the ending were recorded around 2014-2013 as the first thing they did in FGO, so he was uninvolved mostly only voicing Riceman (who isn't a fan favorite to even care for him) and the anime.
