I've not built Caeda but it's the one thing that saves her from being almost completely useless. If you just refine her weapon I can't imagine it being good though, you'll need to invest some decent SI at the very least.

If anything you can just rock it without the refine. It's still a 16 MT anti-cav/armor weapon.

30 atk boost with a 2 cd sounds a bit extreme, but this is pretty much the very max you could get. It would usually be about a 15 atk boost on a 60 hp unit. On most units it would be a lot worse.

Hey, that's my Caeda. If you want to use her, the refine is pretty much necessary since it helps her charge specials faster. That said, she's still going to be underwhelming unless you run her on a flier team since she relies on doubles.

Her base 30 spd isn't high enough to double anything so it'd only be defensive spd and getting 0x2'd by mages helps her retaliate with iceberg

If you want an obstruct build then don't do it on a squishy ranged unit who doesn't even have CC. Obstruct works fine on walls like Lukas. I get that you want to do something new but obstruct on a ranged who can't even counter melee is just silly.

Wouldn't Obstruct synergize with his weapon since it helps making it easier to get all the targets lumped together in the 3 rows surrounding him formation? Just want to try out something different here.

Ranged units are just a lot less fun to build than melee ones, user. They are severely limited by skill access and the very meta itself.
