The threat they pose in the entirety of the story beforehand is that even if they're fodder for real Servants, they can revive infinitely, so bashing away at them does nothing. Now Scathach is saying that actually, they're as strong and as fast as Servants, despite the fact that Mashu, Nightingale with Rama in a bag, and Geronimo beat dozens of them easily.
