What exactly happens when the payload goes through the "door" and then pushed back? For example, Junkertown payload goes through first gate and closes, but due to circumstances it goes backwards while at the gate. Does the gate re-open or does it stay closed?

Does any other team have as much felxibility as gladiators? Surefour adn hydration can play almost anything especially but the whole roster can flex to anything it seems.

Does arcade have MMR? because I keep getting placed with bronzes and silvers and i'm not amazing or anything only a plat but I play tracer and just fucking decimate them. It feels a little good to read the salt in chat but mostly I feel bad. do I just have really shitty arcade MMR or do only bronze/silvers play arcade?

Pretty sure it's only the deathmatch style modes that have MMR. Playing Mystery Heroes/Total Mayhem etc won't spoil your MMR before playing comp on a smurf and you'll enter it clean.
