If you use poison horn beetle or blast moth, it's pretty fucking good because of their balanced speed and power. If the fucker is trying to run away, just quick extract and recall and extract repeatedly and you don't even have to use slinger pods to get its attention. >can mount literally whenever the fuck I want >can break wings and backs easily >red extract pinwheel attacks can do upwards to 300 damage on one pass >insects are total bros, sometimes breaking parts, severing tails and even killing monsters >it's getting buffed

Only times that it can be hard to get all 3 extracts are the same times where it's hard to get in big hits with other weapons anyways. if you're marking to get your extracts you're doing it wrong.
