I dunno why you can use skill cards to teach Avatar Tuner party member things when they have the Mantra system but i'm not complaining considering everything I need minus the Void skills are already in Skill card form
I somehow turned to Chaos while in the Cathedral. I was definitely Neutral before the flood. I killed all the sidekicks on the bottom side of the Cathedral and then went to Asura and he told me to get some items from them. Am I fucked from going neutral now?

I'm using the version in the pastebin, I patched it with the map patch from a site called romhacking. I definitely fought and killed Echidna. I'll just use cheats to get back to neutral.
in nocturne, if you register your pixie/high pixie then dismiss her and buy her again will that work for turning her into the ultimate pixie at the end of the game?

Just finished SMT1, I love its ideas, but it sure loves to annoy and waste time. Definitely an improvement in story and characters compared to KMT, I wish it had the some of its QoL features too.

That said I gotta admit that this Mantra thing is starting to piss me off a bit. The 4 star and below get mastered basically instantly when I throw them against a wave of Monad enemies but then when you hit 5 star and higher it slows to an ABSOLUTE CRAWL. And i'm gonna need a whole lot of skills out of this thing. fuck me the things I go through to kill Satan

Famicom version suck honestly. The cap on each stat is lower and bosses have bloated hp (Lucifer has about 2,200 hp in KMT while he has fucking 8,000 in MTI). I say just play KMT.

I already played KMT about three years ago and I wanted to see how the FC version holds up. I am enjoying the FC version a lot so far, especially the challenge and the 8-bit graphics.
So, how are SMT games linked to each other ? Are game past SMT2 just alternate universes or is there more connections between them ?

They are chronologically linked, alternate univeses and connected in way that does not matter at all.

The games are connected via multiverse rules. There's also the thing about reincarnation and how characters or deities like Izanami return as certain characters. Or if you're powerful enough, then you can travel to other universes and even keep your memories like Lucifer can as evident in SMT Nocturne during the Amala dungeon chats.

Okay thx that make more sense. I saw a SMT timeline some time ago and it was written that Nocturne, Strange Journey, IV and IV-A are aftermath of SMT1-2, which doesn't make sense

I think it has something to do with the training system in the game or whatever. Considering it's a "slave trainer" game, it'd make sense you can change party member's alignments.

The game has P5 but not Apocalypse.
I dunno mayne it just happened when I was out slaughtering demons. Alignment doesn't matter too much in the game anyway it just restricts a few equipment pieces.

wasn't a huge fan at first, still think Flynn's design would've worked better as a girl. That being said he's grown on me since, probably one of my favorite SMT protags now.

Not sure where I would put Flower-Kun yet but I would say the higher end, really liking him. The dark blue and white honestly look really nice together. The hair is a bit weird as compared to the others it has a more Japanese look but I think it's okay overall. Still, I think a more typical haircut might look better.

Fortunately I realized I could go get Friekugel and Pierce so I got those, came back to Noah, and beat him in five min since I don't need to play by his bullshit rules then.
