"I am just starting, which pack should I open?" First of all, don't listen to people recommending 'Land of the Titans'. Unless you REALLY want something out of it, you're better off with buying packs from any other box. The box 'Abyss Encounters' contains strong 1900ATK beaters and you can build two very good decks from it: Sea Stealth Attack and Aliens. It doesn't contain any Spell/Trap staples though. With 'Rampage of the Forest' you can build a Sylvan deck which is very good right now and it has some decent Spells and Traps. If you are interested in decent beaters and Spell/Trap staples you should consider 'Servants of Kings' for Wall of Disruption, Draining Shield and Forbidden Chalice. Another box worth considering is 'Dawn of Destiny' for Super Rush Headlong and Sacred Phoenix deck (fairly expensive) you can build from it.

If you don't feel particularly lucky you can use Restart.
Another soul exchange , cut the manticore for a caninetaur , gyokkou is mostly on beatdown hazy so cut the gyokkou and the fire fists for caninetaurs , 3rd cerbereus , 3rd beast rising , mausoleum goes away completely , so does hazy glory , maybe run 1 peryton and add a trick like Hey Trunade! or pitch removal for when against CA like Dark Core.

i suggest getting another 1 honestly , he is invaluable to this deck due to having 4 pitch targets ( 2 whales 2 planters ).
I really question the mirror walls , i would discard them for either different kind of backrow or tech for mirrors (Cosmic Cyclone) /bad matchups (Dark Core) / cheese ( Magic Deflector ) . Also 3 Legendary oceans is too much since you run Umi , but then again you have 2 warriors , try to get your hands on a 3rd one.

I only have 1 Cosmic Cyclone, should i also use something like Memory Loss/Divine Wrath to deal with monster effects?. Also I use 3 Legendary Oceans because, alot of times, i'm a fucking lucklet when drawing and i never get them.
If you are a lucklet use restart , 1 CC is enough , and nah most monster effects don't matter because fisherman/whale so you want magic deflector for econ take protection or cheese protection , will even save you from a CC ( remember though to use it right because he can chain another quick over it , so be careful when you use it )

If a spell and a trap do the same thing, the spell is most likely going to be better since you can use it whenever you want, while the trap has to wait a turn.
