Nothing fails anyway unless the raid is full of trolls, leechers or retards.
So penalize scabs with some debuffs for a few turns or something, or allow the host to disengage gracefully when someone trolls their raid.
I've wasted more HL summon mats on failed raids than you can imagine. It's why I never post shit here anymore. Last time I did 3 people joined and immediately left. From a 6 person raid.
