This champ literally does not exist before he has warrior/transforms into either form, bash his shit in early and that's it.
both Rhaast and Shadow Assassin are extremely powerful so don't bother trying to deal with him specifically, play as a team against them and hope for the best

Not the same poster, but from my general knowledge - stay away from walls, make sure your sound is up so you can hear him when he's coming. His early game is weak, and if the enemy kayn goes blue form - it's an autowin for you.

"Mememask" is fucking good on Rumble because it does max HP damage now rather than current. Yes the Haunting Guise thing with the madness passive kinda sucks dick but the completed item is disgustingly good. The problem is that Rumble always had his thing where he could just build pen boots and Haunting Guise and do a shitton of damage before a lot of champs were even getting one core item completion because of just how well he could abuse magic pen. But now his one core item has essentially been halved so you have to choose between Liandrys and Morellos as your first item. Morellos spikes faster with Oblivion Orb for basically a replication of pre-8.4 Rumble but Liandrys spikes harder on full item completion because max HP burn damage anytime you touch someone.

Personally I think the right build is Liandrys + pen boots as your base and then Rylais/Zhonyas/Void Staff/Dcap in no real order. Morellos is a situational item for dealing with heal spams, not a core.

The only LCK Rumble game I know of is was Smeb against KSV, he actually went Liandrys->Void Staff but he also built Tabis rather than pen boots. I know LPL plays Rumble a decent amount but I don't know about patches and I don't want to go hunting right now so that the end to it.

tl;dr Smeb builds Liandrys first on Rumble, you guys are so insecure you can't even think straight, get the fuck away from based flamethrower yordle if your brains are this small.
