It was already delving into trash when the albert/daria shitflinging started, then with ToG the whole dragoncuck deflection and shadownigger things completely destroyed the general. It was the steam release. As with pretty much every other ported series, the game is beyond the point of seriously discussing for any non-underaged individual.

Dragon can play it and evolve for a 9/9 on turn 5 or 6 or whatever. Then start playing a bunch of spells and drawing to prepare for their storm finishers. Pretty meme-y, but everything can work in dragon.

I'm not saying the new Dragon card is broken yet, but ramping and playing 10 spells isn't hard. Additionally, cards like canyon allow Dragon to build field and prepare for it at the same time.
Only time will tell whether or not it will be good, but Dragon does have the inherent tools to at least make it work.

The issue is that in order to reliably get 10 spells out, a good half or more will need to be dedicated to it. Not only that, but hitting face for 10 doesn't insta win the game. You still need to pass your turn and hope they don't kill you with their board. I think it's pretty balanced so far. I can count how many spell/amulets they've played, and preemptively drop Naoise.

Dragon must be dead to Cygames since they're losing Bahamut, that's why both legendaries have more synergy with Rune. Amaterasu has some synergy with Lindworm but the spellboost potential is greater.
