Forgot about him. He isn't as well known I would think as the emperors. I've only ever played Fate/Stay Night and that was a decade ago but they explained a servants power being tied to how famous/known/popular their legends/myths were.
Well then Caligula should be the same powerlevel as Nero then. They are both famous for being shitty Roman emperors.
>All these servants having fun you'll never have in your chaldea If they released more interesting three stars like Billy and Robin Hood it would be fine, but every fucking character worth having is 4+ so you'll never be able to get even half of who you want.
>He did actually declare war on Neptune, god of the sea, then after attacking it, he claimed victory, and had his men collect sea shells as trophies. Fucking A.
What's the best uniform? Chaldea Combat looks neat.
Wyatt Garcia
First, let me reassure you, she may always spook you.
No. Not for a while at least. In September, she'll be """featured""" in the archer pickup summons along with every other fucking five star archer at once (So Arjuna, her, and tesla) but otherwise she won't get a focus until next year, with the rerun of the moon goddess banner. The 9 million download banner is a "good" banner to pull on though, it's her, Ishtar and Quetz. Sounds like fun no matter who you pull.
I only play female servants so that does sound like a great banner.
Matthew Hill
>I want to see a version of Caligula that's completely sane and just trying to see how much crazy shit he can get away with. I saw a special on either the History Channel or BBC where they were speculating that Caliugla might of actually been doing just that. Most of the reports of the things he did and how he was bat-shit insane were by a philosopher than was known to despise him and his political enemies. He did end up being PIC RELATED and as we all know >History is written b the winners
Plugsuit is probably the best for hard content, because you can use the order swap for buff stacking (buffs timers are paused when not on the front lines) Hogwarts uniform is somewhat useful for 3 turn memes if you don't have the right combination of Waver and starting NP CEs I've heard Atlus is good for soloing, but I haven't had any firsthand experience with it Default is probably the most versatile, but is overshadowed by the others in their respective niches.

>Random black woman in Rome This was made by the BBC I bet.
Brayden Anderson
playing the game without spending any currency by the way

The Roman empire never extended to Sub-Saharan Africa, user. The few times they tried (like when they went after Nubia) they gave up because it was a pain in the ass.
Christian Green
>getting spooked by every SSR but the one on rateup Congratulations
Give old BBC some credit. HBO's Rome was partly funded by them, and that was probably as good as it will ever get on the subject. Granted it died because BBC pulled out, and they put out a really shitty version of the first episode for no apparent reason
>there no no african salves in the roman empire Okay, retarded then.
Nolan Morgan
>literally what the flying fuck Friendly reminder that Bond Levels were stuck at 5 until first anniversary in JP. We are blessed to have access to Bond Levels 6-10 and their quartz.
I'm just making a joke because they're infamous in recent years for turning random people black in all their historical adaptations. They just did it with the Iliad in fact.
Yeah there really weren't. Why bother with going after a bunch of Sub-Saharans when you have plenty of people who accessible? The Roman system wasn't the same as the later Arabic or European systems. Sub-Saharan slave trade mainly kicked in when the Arabs started making big trade in-roads to places like Mali that would capture the slaves and sell them.
Evan Watson
Look at this shit. There's not a single slice of design integrity to be found in these lines and you'd have no idea she was based on whatever literal who youkai if it weren't for a couple lines in her profile and her NP line.
North African and Sub-Saharan is significantly different, but I'm not really familiar enough with roman history to chime in on that particular case in Caligula's time
Christopher Reyes
I was waiting for that user to say something retarded about North Africa, actually, claiming they were black. It would've given me laughs.
Wyatt Williams
>expecting anything from a neet personality and gameplay wise
Thomas Gonzalez
I mean, she's a youkai who sits in a castle and comes out once a year to tell the castles future. Not much to work on.

I think it was just unfortunate shading, not a bush
They should divide this skill, reduce their cooldown and remove the first skill. The first skill is only slightly useful when he has a brave chain while this skill is really strong but has fucking enormous cooldown
