So HBG in a group is kind of boring.
The monster almost never attacks you and when it does, you're so far away it doesn't really matter... Otherwise you just shoot piercing or whatever until the monster dies.

I might be that guy. I send mine out to everybody in the session whenever someone (usually new to /mhg/ rooms) sends me theirs, but I'm no discordfag. I had a feeling I was being a bother and that confirms it. I'll stop.
the guard icons indicate how many attacks you can block with the ranged guard, which lets you guard people around you in a small radius. its not that useful. the squares under that are a set of buffs that build up when you guard things. all weapons can sprint while unsheathed with extreme style.

Is there something wrong with sending guild cards?
the little icons at the top are AoE guard uses. lance can take hits for other people in the area on a cooldown. the more icons, the more hits you can guard.
the squares below that are added with extreme style, they are phials that fill up as you guard attacks, when one or more is full, you can press select to do a battlecry that applies buffs to yourself and anyone else in the zone. white phial applies healing, yellow phial applies infinite stamina, red phial applies attack +50

SA is top tier, mostly because it has an incredibly strong toolkit for dealing with all the bullshit that frontier throws at you
Question for non-worldbabs, if the game is going to be the type that's constantly updated rather than getting actual re-releases where you have to start fresh, how is the potential inclusion of fan favorite low tier monsters supposed to work when 80% percent of the people still playing at this point are monsters themselves by now? I like Lagombi and Volvadon plenty but when I think of just how quickly I'm going to stomp them, or how I would never smith their armor when I know their armor skills are going to be worse than what I've ready got, what's the point? Even mid-cards like including Lagiacrus, Zinogre or Plesiloth in a new area, who cares about anything below a Jho when everyone is just going to crush them and even Jho effortlessly regardless of how cool some of those old favorites are? Furthermore, if your answer is G-Rank then how do you square putting in content you'll barely scratch if all you're going to hunt is Stygian Zinogre in G-Rank, while ignoring its regular Low or High Rank versions because why would you bother with them at +200 hours unless you were forced to start over or forced to kill them for low-tier weapon parts? Going back into Low rank just to pound a Lagombi into the dirt for its ears, just for a new Ice weapon I'll never use, doesn't seem worth the effort of including it for players or including it in content developer-wise.
