30 res means Glacies adds 24 extra damage while +10 Wo Dao Iceberg adds 25, which is kind of really insignificant, and you can also run 2 charge Iceberg for just general consistency in damage procs
iirc this came up a lot in deciding whether to give Caeda Slaying or Wo Dao and people usually ended up leaning towards slaying (you know before wing sword fucked that up)
