Use the team builder faggot there are too many variables to do anything but ask "which ones, which center, which group, which SIS, how many notes, how long is the song" and then get out a calculator and spend an hour figuring it all out
SL4 scorers are strong enough to go on off-attribute teams, even SL3 will be strong enough if your teams aren't really that good. SL5 is when UR scorers become global cards

If you get a high score that ranks you in the top 1500 you are tier 1 and you get an SSR seal and a couple SR seals and so on

Because only whales can tier with 3 teams. Go for cool or pure, smile event meta is dead (meaning smile no longer has consistently high note counts and therefore scores)
Still, beef up one team enough and you'll get it nearly every event
The cutoffs are usually like
9.5 hundred thousand for tier 1, 1.2 million if 10% score and skill are available
7.5 hundred thousand/8.5 with bonuses for tier 2
Below that down to 6500,000 for tier 3

The only 3 team event is score match, but there you can fail strat and let your best team carry you. Plus, if you build one team enough the high skill level URs will be able to carry your weakest team to T2 anyways.

you only need one high score, not 3
a lot of players here tier 1 with one attribute even if that attribute doesn't always have the highest scoring song because investing into one team took fewer gems/skill teachers/less money than building 3 t1 teams
