I've tried her on the PBE and she is really fun to play. They upped the amount of dashes significantly and her W feels great to juke stuns with.

I also have a feeling that she's going to be really overpowered on release. Her damage is fucking obscene, and especially her E seems overtuned. 10s CD, 50 flat manacost and 80-240 base magic damage. Damage is also not reduced against minions, so it gives her decent clear and lets her set up the backline for 3 continuous Qs.
But obviously it's difficult to tell right now, it's just a gut feeling.
