Quite literally because it's 1st ed. and in good condition. Plus the one I saw on Ebay that's like $500 is PSA graded at 9.5, which means the card artwork is centered and in extremely good condition. That sort of shit sells well no matter what card it is, dude. I remember there being a massive craze about the 1st Ed. PSV Morphing Jar prints due to being able to see Jinzo's face inside the Jar.
