Camelot came out July 25th on JP so it'd have been around July 11 for us not even counting the additional delay caused by delaying Horta. The paid gacha is either going to start ~June 26 (our anniversary) or July 4. Unless the SEAmonkies try to salvage the situation somehow, they're not going to make it in.

He gets banned for ban evasion, because ban evasion itself is a ban worthy offence worthy of a 30 day ban, and mods can do a type of ban that deletes EVERY post made by a person, including ops once issue, which is how it happens since he is a prolific shitposters who shitposts on other boards all the time. Once issued that type of ban, your posts get deleted even on completely unrelated boards, like I was banned once in /a/ and every post I made in /jp/ were deleted too.
