When I import my model to unity, every bone loses its weight. This model is weighted and poses without a problem in blender, it's a previously-working model with just a couple of minor changes to the mesh.
Haven't found one I like more than my first one.

Have you split the audio tracks in your settings again? Shadowplay doesn't play nice with multiple audio devices.

Lots of trial and error shows Join Meshes in CATS is breaking the bones when the model is exported to unity, even if it looks fine in blender. How do you merge meshes manually without scuffing it?
I had settled, until leg trackers broke everything. So I've done three new ones this week.
there's a "join" button in blender that works fine, just select all the meshes first in object mode and click join or ctrl+J.
