That's Tanukana, aka Thotukana. She's a Tekken player that's not particularly great, but still like the best female player, so she got sponsored. Only on the B-Team of GRPT, though, so they don't bother sending her out to any international event that matters. Because of this, she begged her beta cuckboys to give her money to go to Evo. She spent the entire day before the Tekken pools getting drunk, then a Guilty Gear playing American hop kicked thotukana to oblivion in pools despite her being a professional player, drunkenly pops off on her at an after hours stream and proved that she was not a serious as we all thought.
We should be thanking goobers for always being on thot patrol, gate keeping the fgc and keeping it pure, unlike sfv/tekken, or nrs/ki player degeneracy.
