That is because they are fairly absurd. Neko can have a permanent 75% echo with good TA and crit rate, the only weakness being that you lose the evho if you Ougi. The alternative is for him to just be a slightly stronger Mystic, which is also not bad. The Glory is just a killing machine with extreme DATA that can also stack over 50% Echo with no downtime. More DMG insqnces per attack than Vermeil.
