1. The coat. I've been Googling a fair number of people from around the time period (Nelson, Wellington, some French field marshals, the Perrys, Shrapnel) and from a cursory look at Google images, none of them are depicted in a coat with the curved trim and with the red-white-blue color scheme. Napoleon () and Lafayette (attached) both have paintings with that style coat.

Originally Nasu wanted Napoleon to be a Servant in Extra as a counterpart to It's Iskandar. Also pic related and the fact that Napoleon was an artillery officer and his use of artillery in his battles revolutionized warfare.

To be fair, Arjuna is a hugely popular mythological figure and has a lot of chuuni flair. It's typical Vegeta-lite character with a heart of gold who grows up and does the right thing in the end. He's one of the few characters who is allowed to develop. Plus Nobu, he'll be more accessible than Dantes because he's not limited.
