Most of extra lines in other routes are wasted on branching h-scenes and small talk depending on if you go black/blonde hair or tan/no tan. Hairstyle in Renna's route affects her route the least, so it's safe to say she has the most plot relevant lines.
I still think they could have given her atleast another 2 h-scenes.
