I have a feeling that they're not going to refine DC Weapons until they are well and truly convinced that that Skill is not the be-all-and-end-all to everything (discounting Expiration, since that just has the secondary effect that all new Breath weapons get). I also don't think (and hope) that they won't go full crazy and refine Dire Thunder.
Pick a popular unit from the 3/4* pool, two popular units from the 4/5* pool, and a popular unit locked to the 5* pool - all of whom lack Prfs. Then pick four character from the above list that isn't a GHB unit, and one that is.
That's your next big wave of refinements.
