Old healer is priest which feels very boring after trying a lot of shaman, it's just boring to not have totems and other tools.
I enjoyed monk a lot in the past too but I feel like you can only be effective in certain comps and in pve I can just do whatever.

Mostly I don't know if I want to play Horde or Alliance. Pretty sure the RP scene is a lot bigger on the Alliance and that's pushing me there, but then it comes down to race. I think I'd like to save priest for a lightforged and warlock for a velf, so I'm basically trying to decide if I want to level a hunter or a druid. I really like collecting animals and using them, but I also like shapeshifting. And serving people as a healer.

What other healers have you tried? I personally play a Paladin and I find it fun, but I cannot speak for you.
I would personally just try stuff until it works. Including maybe learning to play Disc, because I know it is painful to reroll, because I have ADD too.
