Sony really should do something about this releasing process. From my understanding it already has PEGI rating, but from what I remember Sony EU still has to test the game out even if it's the exact same fucking thing as the NA version. Or at least that's how it was in the past.

Tales of Hearts R, definitely. If you can stomach English dubs, many people have recommended both Trails of the Cold Steel games. Atelier games from Arland and Dusk trilogies also go heavily recommended.

you copy it to pc from SAVEDATA folder to a folder vita content manager for PC creates for PSP saves(click on CMA settings and it'll be listed there). Then, open CMA on vita, navigate to saves, select it and copy it over

Well, lets just say that Paladin Alice makes the life a whole lot easier in that point of the game. You can probably get probably get through with other setups just fine as well. And if you already almost beat it, it isn't really that far away I guess.
