Most raids in mmos are more complicated, it's hard to make anything complicated in gbf with its lack of positioning. UBHL is just a trigger almost every 5% and getting a phalanx for it.

First of all, only a handful of the 30+ different moon weapons are usable in any pool. Of those usable weapons, most have no place outside a primal pool, limiting their usage. Sure they're "better" than, say, Neptune, but they're still useless for most players. And, again, those usable weapons come with tons of completely useless ones, worth as much as Neptune.
