Crucifix of the Absolute Madman, with 27 Str and 60 Faith, buffed with Dark Blade. That, alongside a 66 Str Heavy-infused Splitdick buffed with Blessed Weapon.

The quality of each character is equal to the quality of the respective Dark Souls games I mentioned. If you know who is the better character, Gael or Artorias, then thanks to that you also know which Dark Souls is better (it's obvious)

What UGS to you recommend then? I wanna try some new weapons. I know some have mostly smash damages and others have some trusts in their movesets.

DS2 I played Sorcerer, but respecced into a STR build halfway through the game

Should I play DS3 as a Cleric? I like how Lightning Spear works, but if I'm going to be stuck with mostly Heal spells which are essentially extra Estus charges through most of the game, I'm not sure I'm interested on it.

I'm thinking of Pyromancer, too, though I'm not sure if it's any fun

Faith builds are excruciatingly hard to complete in DaS3, you're stuck with heals for about half the game and you don't get the good spells until either very late into the DLCs or long after you would have needed them.

Pyromancy builds are far more fun, you get a lot more variety in what you can do.

Go for a FTH/STR or FTH/DEX build, you don't get any attacking miracles until Farron Keep, so having a melee weapon on hand is handy.

I really liked the Cathedral Knight Greatsword.
Beat the entire game + DLCs with it at SL 50 +6 and 26 STR.
It's pretty easy to farm from the guy near the deacons bonfire.

40 on STR 40 in FTH the rest in HP, FP, Stamina, and equip load?

27 STR, 26 DEX 60 FAI, 14 ATT (Arrow and one buff), 11 INT (Murky hand scythe), rest in VIG, END, VIT

Basically, yeah.
Though if you think you can do without it you can trade in a few points of STR for some extra VIG, END or ATT.

BKGS is pretty cool. Propane is nice but it's a quality weapon since it's uninfusable, but on a 27/40 it'll hit pretty hard. It has the poke 2HR2 and its stomp has the self-buff which is rather nice. It also looks cool which is obviously the most important

Elemental infusions only when your faith is high enough for them to bypass buffs

There are only 3 weapons in the game where blessed is worth it, these being lothric knight greatsword, dragonslayer axe, and drakeblood greatsword

There's the option of a blessed caestus for parries and regen, and something to deal with lightning-resistant enemies, but for a main weapon, lighting is almost always the better option

Flamberge in left hand. Broadsword in right. Roll catching for days. Also get bleed powerstanced crescent moon sickles for insta-bleeding. if you have the stats to powerstanced though, you can unstance, then just l1r1l1r1 and the attacks just link up. Don't forget the blood ring and blood gauntlet
