Anons that gave away accounts don't do it anymore since the people that got them went to sell them on Ebay minutes after. You can beg, but is unlikely you get one. Your best bet is going to either the reddit trades sub or to ebay and buy an account with shiki.

Which Shiki? If you're wanting the welfare one I highly, highly doubt you'll find anyone. It was a lot of consistent playing to even unlock the first permanent copy, its not like rerolling where people will maybe have a 5 star copy account laying around with no effort.
If you're wanting 'SHIKI' who's a 5 star Saber, she comes back new years.
The alter split has kind of done a lot of good for people who don't want to be spoiled, but they'll still get people who post servants waaaaaaay past where we are, like the people posting Abigail right now. You can't really do anything about it, best advice is to avoid these threads whenever there's a complete content lull.
