There should have been more zero gravity parts to it rather than just the one off flank that's not really that good. It would be cool to have one of the points in Zero G, would make for interesting fights.
Also the moon is cool as shit, we can mine it for Helium-3, and build it up to be a space port for launching further into the solar system. Going to Mars is fucking stupid at this point, we need bases on the moon before we'll have bases elsewhere.

Yeah it's a bit much. It mostly hurts the already mediocre characters too. It's the only thing that supports the "the game is balanced around tracer" thing because she's one of the only ones that doesn't get completely shit on.
