your approach is wrong. the +fwd meme misleads a lot of people. There's only 1 champion that can truly force their way through bad position and engage anyway, and that's obviously clutch w/ shield.
you don't ever +fwd. You simply negotiate map and item position for better angles on the opponent. Your "passive" opponents aren't really +back, they're just doing the former. Cut off your opponents at better angles and positions them when they seem really passive. The faster you move, and the readier you are at outpacing them, the more likely you'll have the upper hand and be able to just frag them quickly.

The round based duel just encourages stupidly aggressive play. What would be so bad about having one duel match were you can die as many times you can manage and you can respawn with any of the 3 chosen champion?
