psychologists genrally agree transitioning is the best treatment for gender dysphoria, and GRS isn't always used in this process but in more serious cases is considered neccessary

Then I realized that whenever I did ERP I never actually found it hot because I don't really care if people see my characters in that way. It's not. Gender dysphoria is a fringe, very select case for a small percentage of people, and the medical industry intends to make money off of it. And the best way to make money from people of such a small percentage is to keep providing them with drugs which they need to continuously take and rely on.
Just like this MMO we should be talking about, the people behind the scenes want to keep making money. So they'll milk those poor fuckers for all they're worth with "the best" treatment, until they kill themselves by suicide so that paycheck subscription for drugs stops flowing.

No they don't. In fact, the consensus is actually that if you don't transition you can end up growing out of gender dysphoria. A large majority end up doing this - the issue is that forcing transition or encouraging it can force people who grow out of it to NOW actually feel trapped in their bodies, which they irreparably changed.
