Just pick whatever you can't farm. Not sure what card pool the first two tickets have. The anniversary tickets are good for another year, so there's no rush. With the ranked tickets I'd get some cards that are ticket exclusive, like Solemn Scolding, Oyster Meister and Big Cattle Drive.

Making codes is as simple as changing addresses in a memory editor. A voice mod would involve manually uncompressing and recompressing files which is a lot more tedious.
