I don't remember too much from the France Singularity, but how strong would Horta be lore wise compared to other Servants? All I could recall is that she could control dragons.
I can't imagine more than 10-15% of the people who play FGO ever try to aim for skill levels higher than that.

But is there a character that could possibly EVEN TOUCH Edmond Dantès? Let alone defeat him. And I'm not talking about Sailor Edmond Dantès. I'm not talking about Count of Monte Cristo Edmond Dantès either. Hell, I'm not even talking about Count of Monte Cristo Edmond Dantès summoned in the Avenger Extra class with access to Monte Cristo Mythology giving him the power to attack using black flames of hatred. I'm definitely not talking about THE Avenger Edmond Dantès that was employed by King Solomon to wreak havoc in the Kara no Kyoukai and Prison Tower events but turned against him due to irreconcilable differences with access to Monte Cristo Mythology (giving his body immunity to mental interference and all types of poison via Determination of Steel EX, allowing him to conceal his class parameters, attack using black flames of hatred AND provoke enemies to attack each other when the true name is invoked [as seen in the Kara no Kyoukai™ collaboration event]) and Enfer Château d'If, his Noble Phantasm that gives him the power to escape any prison (even conceptual) and stop time, allowing for movement even faster than The Flash and Silver Age Superman. I'm talking about Super High School Level Edmond Dantès with access to all fourteen relics of the treasure of Monte Cristo inherited to him by Abbé Faria (himself inherited it by Cesare Spada, last of his bloodline) that he utilised even in his real existence to literally burn away the soul of the vampire Michael Roa Valdamjong, Enfer Château d'If (the ultimate Noble Phantasm that even Gilgamesh, Lancelot, Beowulf and BB would have no means to counter) AND Attendre, Esperer: Wait and Hope, his Noble Phantasm which represents the Ultimate Hope found in giving up revenge and deciding to love a qt Greek slave waifu which gives him the power to bring either an ally or himself back from the brink of death, reviving them with a temporary rank up in all parameters.

I don't know how representative, but base on casual look at videos of streamers, a lot of them tend to have parties of gold that aren't even 4/4/4 minimum. And very few people even comment on it. And then of course, unsurprisingly some of these people complain about Dantes being hard.
It's a fucking lot with multipliers and buff stacks.
