Exposure with Hotbid and Lacoste has gone a long way to humanizing him. I think him getting rejected from some Valve events and no longer professionism tryharding (the way Cap does) has helped him a lot
I agree. But pre-PMS-nerf PA was one of the more capable melee mids for trading against him. Her ability to CS from range, blur giving "free" survivability and her ability to blink in when supports rotate for a gank made her decent against him.
Obviously without PMS the regen game is far too favored for Sniper
