I'm a noob and just tried to exchange 1 euro from my credit card to bitcoin on coinbase. It showed that the transaction was pending and now it doesn't show any transactions at all. What's going on?

BTC has 210000 transactions awaiting confirmation. The mempool is enormous and it will take time and a high fee for it to be processed.

I use Exodus myself, but it doesn't support every coin, far from it. Unfortunately there's not an offline wallet (that I know of) that supports most, if not all of the cryptos, so I just keep the rest on the exchanges. It's not recommended but I haven't been fucked by it, yet.
