Anarchy was always about the abolition of control. But later on some clowns, in what can only be called a satire of laissez-faire capitalist values, abandoned the anarchist principle and adopted the label.

Both groups are actually noticeably statist today though as they have conceded the need for armed men to govern things, at least temporarily. The socialist branch are the more consistent anarchists though, ancaps just like to pretend their statism isn't statism because doing statist things has been supposedly made bad for business.

The anarcho-communist is just a typical edgy teenager, he is full of hormones and wants to rebel but lacks knowledge of the world and so he is vulnerable to memes.

The anarcho-capitalist however is a grown man, there could be various reasons why this behavior has persisted into adulthood. The armchair psychologist in me would pin it to an underlying mental illness or unresolved distress. It is also possible he sells media to edgy teenagers and Walter Mitties and is only outwardly an anarcho capitalist for this reason.

The irony is if someone is trying to kill you because you disagree with them you have to kill them. So an ideology which wants to stop people from killing others just because they disagree with them would need to kill others who disagree with them.
