Aztec boys were given a loincloth at a young age I think it was 4. Girls were first given a huipil (top blouse that went over the thighs) around 5. By 6 they already had skirts. In adulthood men always wore at least a loincloth, sometimes a cape or jacket. Women always wore at least a skirt, tied at the waist that went no higher than the calves. Most skirst seem to have been ankle length and tied to the waist. They usually wore a huipil top which was a sleeveless blose that could either extend to the wrist or to the shoulder. So on an aztec woman the most skin you'd see would be hands, arm, feet, head and neck. Sometimes just head, hands and feet visible. But on occasion women could be topless too, but the lower half was always almost completely covered. Remember the Aztecs lived in a temperate zone, it was not hot and tropical like other places.
