In all honesty, CVM. You see the thing about having small capital is that you can't actually trade or invest in a lucrative way. I learned this from being here for almost 3 years. When you don't have large capital, this would be the entirety of rgt, what you need to do is focus on big plays. Right now, while still being hugely speculative, CVM is the best pick in the rgt meme fund. Always do your own DD though.
