It was announced, I bought in at 1600 sats, it went up to 1800 and then down to 800.

This was all in less than 3 seconds. I'm not joking, look at the exchanges. They had bags ready to sell and the second it was announced they dumped.

Waited for it to go back up, only went up a little and sold around 1200. lost $75.

So this is how it works in a nutshell.

They pick 10 coins beforehand, and then they dont announce which ones until 1 minute before the pump. Then they pick a blockchain number to decide which coin. They pick low volume obscure coins.

(The people behind it buy large amounts of the 10 coins the day before. If you research the volume history you can see when this happens).

So one minute beforehand they say "heres the 10 coins" then the blockchain picks one, and everyone buys. Then a few seconds later everyone dumps without looking.

All the coins you're buying when it pumps, are the sells that the people behind it put on the coins they buy the night before.

So as it pumps, they're actually selling all their coins to the pumpers. Then the pumpers sell and it drops back down.

So the people behind the fairpumps, dont even pump it, others do it for them and buy their coins up. No one has time to research this or notice cause it happens so fast.

The rest of it, is basically the equivalent of everyone throwing money on the floor, then racing to pick it up. Some people are able to pick up more than they threw in, some less. But the idea is completely stupid. Literally 50% are gonna lose money at least.
