But now it has largely moved to more efficient means that require less arbitration.
Since the 80s the consumer machine and United States 'representatives' have been committing ecocide on a global scale by using neoliberal policies as a means of establishing de facto ownership of the (devo)lping world, in order to economically coherce the natural and social capital of the world away from impoverished people and into the mouths, closets, and trash cans of the American middle class.
