This is it. It's the next "big thing". 99% of the planet doesn't know what a crypto is yet, but they will in the next 5 years.
We are still in the early adoption phase. Invest. Spread your money across the top 10-20-50 cryptos and just hold. Don't try and swing or day trade unless you're absolutely sure of what the fuck you're doing. The market will rip your head off and shit down your neck. Don’t worry about the day to day price. If any one coin you’re invested in moons it will erase your losses on any others by many orders of magnitude.
Don’t get emotionally invested in any particular coin. You’re in this to make money, you’re not buying a fucking prom dress. DYODD. Stay away from memecoin bullshit. Find cryptos that have solid fundamentals and a chance at real world adoption. If someone comes into the market with a “better” coin than one you’re invested in don’t throw a shitfit about it. Embrace it. Buy that one too. AltaVista was king shit of the interwebs in the year 2000. Just a couple years later Google was kicking their ass all over the place. Don’t be AltaVista.
In 2-3 years this will hit critical mass. Money will flood in from every middle-class joe schmoe investor trying to get a piece of the action. You’re going to see "Morgan Stanleys" of crypto pop up to make investment easier for the average consumer.
You are seeing the .com bubble of 98-01 forming right before your very eyes, but it's still 1995. Get in. And when every talking head on TV is bloviating about how great crypto investments are - GET OUT.
>B…but it’s already a bubble, isn’t it? Not even fucking close. When the .com and housing market went POOF over $8 trillion in wealth was lost on each occasion. The crypto market needs to grow over 100 fold before we’re in bubble territory.
Be patient, invest wisely, and in just a few years your financial future will be set.
>as more countries collapse economically entire populations will try to flood into btc
>as governments and banks continue fleecing their population more people will flood into btc
feels kind of unreal desu. i can't wait to stop wageslaving and just enjoy life as a new money elite.
Mason Taylor
Crypto is too complicated for the plebs, there's a lot of shit to deal to play in that crap, they will be out until someone make it easier, like buying directly from the company (like WAVES does).
Ethan Howard
Agreed, which is why:
>You’re going to see "Morgan Stanleys" of crypto pop up to make investment easier for the average consumer.
Landon Robinson
I agree with everything you said here - but the one thing I don't think is necessarily true is that the bubble will pop. I believe the bubble will pop on virtually ALL of the coins, but there is room for a select few cryptos to exist for a long time. Nobody is going to adopt some piece of shit like BitBean as a widely accepted currency, but BTC/ETH have solid chances. The average normie isn't going to invest in anything other than the top 5. The shitcoins will fail.
TL;DR Crypto is here to stay but the vast majority of them will fail.
Adrian Morales
are you high? crypto is literally on the verge (if not already) totally mainstream. my grandpa asked me to buy him some eth because he saw articles about it on msnbc . people in starbucks line were talking about their sick eth gains. its too late bro. maybe another month or two until the partys over.
Logan Anderson
>Stay away from memecoin bullshit.
LOL NO
More normalfags = more stupid people = more money
>And when every talking head on TV is blotting about how great crypto investments are - GET OUT.
That's a good point
Tyler Bell
All economic bubbles since 1929 were caused by artificial credit being printed by the Central Bank.
Bitcoin will never actually burst since it is free from such constraints.
Isaiah Hill
mainstream means people are using it daily in transactions , not that they heard about it once referred to as internet drug tokens in a meme article
Josiah Ramirez
>>And when every talking head on TV is blotting about how great crypto investments are - GET OUT. >That's a good point
The best idea is to wait for at least a week to two weeks for the normalfags to pump up the crypto and then get the fuck out
Eli Wright
im waiting for the next dip to maximize gains, how fucked am i
Parker Brooks
>t. Tulip maniac
Samuel Cox
>crypto is literally on the verge (if not already) totally mainstream >my grandpa asked me to buy him some eth
Grandpa can't into crypto easily. Point proven.
Blake Wilson
If you're a bitcoin maximalist, you've already lost and should probably just get out now. Mark my words, Bitcoin is NOT going to be the be-all, end-all in the crypto world.
It was merely the first. And we can acknowledge it for launching this era. But it's too slow with too many issues. At BEST, it will become a crypto store of value.
Carter Green
bitcoin with lightning network makes everything besides maybe eth worthless
Nicholas Mitchell
Even if that were the case, it's point of entry is too high for the average investor.
Austin Johnson
Bitcoin has become the golden standard of Crypto, giving it value in of itself. Super coins haven't been able to move it.
It's fucking VHS vs Betamax, with inferior VHS winning.
Brandon Allen
Superior*
Logan Brooks
when venezuelans and greeks economies are collapsing they buy BTC, not mooncoin and pepecoin
Elijah Allen
>Super coins haven't been able to move it.
Yet. It's dominance is falling practically by the day.
Luke White
Either you're not following what I've said or you're just trying to argue.
>AltaVista will never fall.
Sebastian Martinez
That's a bingo The news and attention aren't helping -- more people are seeing the VOLUME BELOW 50% headline and it's shaping the public perception of BTC who had no idea what it actually was prior.
Luke Richardson
Isnt crypto the cure for the USD?
>unlimited shit coins can be created daily >pump/dump >top of pyramid scheme moves on to the next victim >idiots fiat is gone forever
It certainly keeps people away from traditional assets with the lure of instant gainz
Jeremiah Barnes
>bitcoin with lightning network That's like saying digital vinyl records
David Evans
leave dogecoin alone
Isaac Nguyen
btc has the most hashing power, the most secure chain, the biggest name, and can incorporate any innovations that other coins come up with as necessary.
that leaves space for eth as a platform for dapps, but not for much else. pretty much all other coins are memes and they will be left bleeding in the street the next time btc dips.
Oliver Stewart
>California politicians load up on crypto. >legalize bitcoin as currency. >The state makes a killing. >politicians accounts make a killing.
Corruption will help boost crypto into mainstream.
Evan Johnson
okay keep bag holding your dgb
Wyatt Sanders
there is going to be a lot of angry bag holders once this bubble eventually pops. doesnt mean it wont go back up tho, it will but there must be a solid correction first. Growth in the last three months was unreal
Luke Ross
>Isnt crypto the cure for the USD?
No. Crypto will never usurp the USD and don't delude yourself into thinking it will.
This is a bankers world and the bankers always win. They control the governments, economies, and militaries of 95% of the planet. If for one instant they think crypto is a threat to their system they will obliterate it.
Right now they are viewing it as another avenue to make profits (IE Ripple). Don't give them a reason not to.
Cooper Baker
just like hollywood and the music industry destroyed torrenting right?
Robert Gray
Let's not forget about assets, like some of the ERC20 tokens on Ethereum that actually act as stocks 2.0 for companies secured on the blockchain. Just like ETH won't pop, those things won't pop unless they have shitty project behind them. As a matter of fact they are under-performing most of the "currency" market right now, which is a good sign for the future.
search is all time high on google trends and majority comes from Nigeria. Crypto is the new email scam and it will take your money!!!
Colton Long
Buying crypto is literally a bet against government-centralized fiat currency. As banks fuck over third-worlders, those without any faith in their economic system will opt for mathematics.
Evan Powell
By ETH mostly. Also those other coins are benefitting from a massive boost in crypto popularity. Bitcoin will stay valueable as fuck, and is still gaining a lot in value as is. When the shitcoin market collapse occurs bitcoins will only go up in value.
Alexander Lee
>AltaVista has the highest amount of users, the widest reach, and the most extensive library of content available on the internet
Bitcoin is not the wheel, ok? There are so many avenues for advancement in crypto we have no idea who will end up the top dog. You're doing exactly what I warned not to do - you're emotionally invested in one coin.
Stop it.
Ryder Brooks
What if your rent was tied to the value of a shitcoin and you suddenly needed 300% so that someone can get rid of his bags. Regulated currencies have a very real reason to exist.
Charles Reed
Many of the other coins have unique functionality that work well in conjuction with the top two. It's a matter of seperating them from the shitcoins
Jaxson Johnson
Ok, are you just being intentionally obtuse or do you actually not recognize the difference between the powers that run the world as we know it and people who make fucking X-Men movies?
Josiah Hall
>DYODD thing with bubble is you dont really know it's a bubble until its popped
Gavin Scott
Monero is better, as far as tech goes, to accomplish what Bitcoin set out to. But hashing power is a very real thing and in the end determines how much money are needed for someone to delete a coin.
Aaron Butler
There is only so much silver and gold in the world. They could do with a new way to store wealth that doesn't inflate the way USD does. Not a replacement but a companion. Bitcoin already goes up like crazy just like gold does.
Gavin Nelson
Fuckng finally, someone gets it.
Money doesn't equals power, it only gives you ways to buy power.
USD value comes from the fact that it's regulated by the people who hold most power in modern world, if by some reason the US falls then obviously the main currency will be whatever the next powerful country wants(probably China or Russia) if they want it to be bitcoin then bitcoin will replace USD, if they want shekels to replace USD then shekel will replace dollars, because why the fuck not.
In the meantime unless the US decides to ditch USD and adopt bitcoin there's no way USD will ever be replaced, remember you can have trillions in bitcoins, all it'll take is one raid to take you down.
Bentley Price
Yup.
Camden Smith
>This is a bankers world and the bankers always win. You're scaring the kids.
Wyatt Lopez
They follow a pattern. IMO the hard part is predicting WHEN it will pop. Go check out Peter Schiff on youtube screaming about the housing market in 04,05,06 etc and all the "big wigs" in the media who laughed at him. But he was right.
Luis Price
what a time to be alive
Connor Edwards
$300 billion total market cap when?
Jaxson Hughes
but it's harder to get into crypto. back then you go to a broker, open an account and wire over your life savings. for crypto you need to fuck around with the exchanges and wait weeks/months to get approved to throw in a couple thousand.
they need to make it easier to buy crypto
Ryan Jones
top fucking kek i literally go to any gas station to buy bitcoin coupons there's some 8 atms around too
Lucas Kelly
lmao bullshit post
This guy just wants you to sell so he can buy your ETH and BTC for cheap.
