I don't think he was referring to the entirety of that, but it is pretty factual to say a lot of Jews were Marxists. Top level ones, the leaders and leader's subordinates actually. To me that's less proof Jews are evil and more proof that the higher class is the one that organizes political revolts. Over-representation is an SJW idea anyway. Why would different people and cultures be proportionately represented in anything? Marxists are actually bad news for Orthodox and Torah-believing Jews anyway; in the Soviet Union they sent as many Jews as possible to Siberia, the "Autonomous Jewish Oblast" that was anything but autonomous or Jewish. So even if there were Jewish Marxists, they're no friends to other Jews.
