Its like you guys just started watching ETH within the past week or two. ETH always does this for a while after a bull run. It stabilizes and starts range trading within a 10% range or so until it goes on its next legup. Its not dipping when it goes to $185, and its not pumping when it gets up to $200, stop thinking that its going to have a huge shift suddenly for no reason.

It depends on Bitcoin's SegWit/UASF adoption. If either is implemented, tx issues become a thing of the past for BTC and Ethereum becomes a $250 timebomb.
