You have to learn what "Originalism" means in legal terms. The constitution is taken as it was meant to mean then and for the people it was meant to serve then, and changes can only be made to that through amending it. the constitution is not a "living document." It marked out a very specific time and place and was written to the specifics of the morals guiding that group of people and what they wanted for their ancestors.

Sorry. The US government was founded as a nation that could amend its constitution, and did so. On July 9, 1868, America explicitly stopped being a European nation. Therefore, to a textualist or originalist, the only way for America to become or stay a European nation is to stop naturalizing non-Europeans. Even then, America is only 63% white, if that's satisfactory enough to call it a European nation, sure then, it's a European nation. That's a matter of semantics. Otherwise, any attempt to re-Europeanize the gene pool of the American population would violate the constitution, or make whites the only American citizens, would strictly and eminently violate the constitution.
