Eth is great, hold always. Do not try to day trade against the chinks, they are unpredictable. If you have some spare btc laying around, throw it in ripple for 15-20% over night.

I have currency in it, but when I look up the address in etherscan it is empty.

No, those are exchange wallets. Transfer it to a real wallet. Also dont be a fucking idiot and leave stuff in coinbase.

I love the Exodus wallet. you can exchange coin within the wallet between a few good coins:
BTC/ETH/DASH/GNT/DOGE/REP

still has tx fees but easier than dealing with exhange sites.

btw Dogecoin is trash but the other coins on exodus all have good odds of making some profit.

lol I just went ahead and looked up some. I'm not in it for trading, just wanted to see my 5 euros rise to the sky in 10 years. made a myetherwallet wallet, instantly forgot the password after dumping the 4,4 euros I had after coinbase commissions... made a new account on myetherwallet to push the big bux, wrote down private key and now I'm not forgetting the password...
