For all its span? No. But there were some great women rulers in some civilizations' history, like in Egypt (Hatshepsut) and China (Wu Zetian).

What any of those achieve exactly? Mansa Musa is the most famous West African ruler, and he was just a slave trading warlord who sucked his subjects dry.
You seem to be naming those kingdoms for the mere fact they existed not exactly because they were "great".
Nubians are the only ones that come close to being "great", but again they achieved nothing, but copy Egypt and later invade it. Ethiopians come a close second, but same as Nubians, they just copied neighboring civilizations without making any progress of their own.
