Yes, yes it can. Czechia is the catch-all name for Bohemia & Western Moravia, as well as Czech Silesia.

Czechia = Česko, not Čechy
It's a common convention for Slavic countries in that area, see also Croatia (Hrvatska) and Slovakia (Slovensko)
