Yeah and violent animosity existed between Arab Muslims and Arab Muslims on an even larger scale. Also adding as an Arab Christian, Muslims never really has a theological reason to hate Jews, whereas we Christians always have disliked them far more for killing Jesus.

I don't think you understand. We disliked Jews in the past, nobody is saying we loved Jews. Even Americans don't love Jews. We certainly disliked Jews in the past (no where near as much as the europeans did), hence the occasional isolated outburst or violent incident involving jews in the arab world, but it doesn't compare at all to the level of hate we have for them now.
