No one was able to buy into the ICO. People were paying upwards of $6000 in transaction fees just to get into the ico. It sold out in 30 seconds.
Basically if you didn't have millions in ETH you weren't getting a piece. Some people lost $20,000 in transaction fees just to miss out.
Whole thing was a cluster fuck, scam and all round joke. If you buy from an exchange at 10x the ico price, you might be retarded.
